Kratos cleared to replace the BQM-74E with the BQM-177A
Kratos has recently successfully achieved the final development program milestone for its BQM-177A Subsonic Aerial Target (SSAT) and the future sub-sonic target drone for the U.S. Navy will enter Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) once the Federal Fiscal 2017 Budget is approved.

Raytheon to upgrade Taiwan’s early warning radar centers
The U.S. Department of Defense announced in Release No: CR-227-16 on Nov. 28 that Raytheon has been awarded a $26 million contract for the Taiwan Early Warning Radar Surveillance Radar Program Missile Warning Center.

Kuwait says it will buy 28 Super Hornets, Boeing will take back the Hornets
A senior Kuwaiti military officer disclosed that the Gulf State is only buying 28 Super Hornets from Boeing and that the American aerospace company will take back a number of Kuwaiti F/A-18s in the deal.
