India all set to buy Rafale after top panel clears deal

Obama administration clears sale of 4 KC-46As to Japan
The U.S. government has approved the sale of four Boeing KC-46A aerial refueling tankers to Japan and the Defense Security Cooperation Agency notified Congress on the decision on Sept. 21. The estimated cost is $1.9 billion.
