France proposing to complete development of Kaveri as part of Rafale offset requirements
France is required to provide 50 percent offsets to India as part of the deal to sell 36 Rafale fighters to the Indian Air Force. Paris is hoping to take over and complete the devlopment of India’s Kaveri turbofan engine to meet some of those offset requirements.

Rostvertol hopes to sell 120 Mi-28s & Mi-35s from 2016-18
In its annual report for 2015, Rostvertol said it hopes to deliver 120 Mi-28NE attack helicopters and Mi-35Ms to local and foreign customers between 2016 to 2018.
