When Elta offered its EL/M-2052 AESA radar to India for its Jaguar fighter, it came with the condition that another fighter in service with IAF should field the radar. Thus the EL/M-2052 was also offered as an upgrade for the Tejas by HAL.

Apparently, South Korea would like to sell the Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) T-50 advanced jet trainer to Uzbekistan, however the United States has refused to grant an export license for the deal.
