Welsh not willing to comment on SR-72
When asked whether his service is interested in Lockheed Martin’s SR-72, U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Mark Welsh would not comment on it and added that he had not spoken to Lockheed officials about the hypersonic plane.
