First F-35 students completed maiden flights
The first batch of students undergoing the F-35 pilot training course in the 33rd Fighter Wing have flown for the first time on Mar. 6.

Grounding of F-35 lifted
The Pentagon has allowed flights for the F-35 to resume. An email by the F-35 program office said a crack found last week was due to “prolonged exposure to high levels of heat and other operational stresses” in testing.
