Speaking at the TechNet Land Forces conference in Tucson, Arizona, the former commander of the 13 Marine Expeditionary Unit warned that U.S. military commanders are slowly being addicted to the full-motion video provided by ISR platforms and moving towards centralized decision-making and just-in-time decisions.
