Tokyo and Washington have agreed to revise the Guidelines Regarding Off-Base U.S. Military Aircraft Accidents in Japan to allow local rescuers and police to have “expeditious early entry” to crash sites.

Future USS Tripoli completed its builder’s trials

FAA allows military aircraft to operate with ADS-B turn off

A new ruling by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) will allow military aircraft to turn off their automatic dependent surveillance broadcast (ADS-B) transponders.

VH-92A’s exhaust scorches White House South Lawn

The U.S. Navy has found a “high risk” issue with the VH-92A Marine One Presidential helicopter. Apparently, the exhaust from the helicopter left scorch marks on the White House lawn.

This MV-22 will soon refuel with a KC-46

A MV-22 assigned to NAS Patuxent River will soon conduct mid-air refueling trials with the KC-46. The tilt-rotor recently arrived at Edwards Air Force Base.
