The 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW) retired its last AH-1W on Feb. 6 with Capt. John T. Fischer and Capt. Daniel J. House flying the last Super Cobra to Davis-Monthan Air Force Base.

All three variants of the F-35 were brought to Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska for cold weather testing by the Joint Strike Fighter Operational Test Team (JOTT).

A U.S. Marine Corps AH-1Z attack helicopter was forced to make a precautionary landing in Tonaki Village, Okinawa on Jan. 23. This is the third such incident involving a USMC helicopter in Okinawa prefecture.
