JGSDF, U.S. Army to fire surface to ship missiles during RIMPAC 2018
The Armies of Japan and United States are participating in the Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) exercise this month. Both will take the opportunity to launch surface-to-ship missiles during the biennial exercise.

Orbital ATK to convert 271 AGM-88Bs into AGM-88Es
Orbital ATK has been given a $171 million contract to take 271 AGM-88B High Speed Anti-Radiation Missiles from the U.S. Navy and convert into 253 AGM-88E AARGM all-up-rounds (AURs) for the Navy, eight Captive Air Training Missiles and 10 AGM-88E AARGM AURs for foreign military sales (FMS) customers.
