Admiral Kuznetsov carrier group heading home

E-2Ds assigned to VAW-125 to bed down in Japan

The U.S. Navy has decided to relocate VAW-125 from its current location in Norfolk to MCAS Iwakuni next month. Carrier Air Wing Five (CVW 5) will therefore have a squadron of E-2Ds.

Liaoning carried out flight operations in South China Sea

China says its J-15 carrier-borne fighters flew over South China Sea for the first time on Jan. 2, one week after the carrier and her escorts rounded Taiwan and docked in Hainan.
