F-35 test planes cleared to fly 6 six hours before engine inspections
The Pentagon has further eased restrictions imposed on the F-35 test fleet by allowing the roughly twenty jets to to fly six hours between engine inspection if their missions involved aerial refueling missions and weapons testing.

VAQ-138 to relief VAQ-132 at NAF Misawa
VAQ-138 will relieve VAQ 132 at NAF Misawa, Japan this month. The squadron brought five EA-18 G Growler aircraft and approximately 190 personnel for this deployment.

USN delays stand up of VAQ-143
The U.S. Navy was supposed to stand up VAQ-143, its fourth expeditionary electronic attack squadron, in October. The activation has been postponed to another date.
