CO of DDG-110 responsible for fatal MH-60S accident
Two crew members on board a U.S. Navy MH-60S on USS William P. Lawrence were killed when their helicopter was swept overboard by waves last September in the Red Sea. The investigation board blamed the commanding officer of the warship for the accident.
