Night flight ops for J-15 next
The Chinese media was given a close look at the Shenyang J-15 at China Flight Test Establishment (CFTE) in Xi’an on Nov. 6. Chief designer of the J-15, Wang Yongqing, told reporters that the next phase of testing will be flying in night and bad weather conditions.

F-35 maintenance commander relieved of duty at Eglin AFB
The commander of the 33rd Fighter Wing at Eglin Air Force Base has fired Navy Capt. Lance Massey II, who ran the 33rd Fighter Wing’s maintenance group, after a preliminary investigation showed he engaged in inappropriate conduct toward subordinate female junior officers on his staff.
