Japan to deploy two P-1s to Atsugi this month
Japan will deploy two Kawasaki P-1s to Atsugi later this month. Eventually seven aircraft will deploy there by March 2014.

A VAQ-129 EA-6B with three on board went down in an unpopulated area approximately 50 miles west of Spokane, Washington on Mar. 11. All three did not survive the crash.

First KC-130R for JMSDF undergoing regeneration at Hill AFB
