India estimates PAK-FA design work to cost $295 million
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) Chairman Ashok Nayak said in an interview with RIA Novosti that Moscow and New Delhi have estimated the cost of designing their joint fifth-generation fighter project at $295 million.
