A request for information (RFI) for a rail gun fire control systems that was accidentally posted online revealed that the U.S. Navy wanted the next generation weapon to be able to take out ballistic and stealthy targets.

The names of the two JH-7 crew killed in a crash on Dec. 22 has been revealed as Lu Zhiyong and Wen Zhiping. Lu was one of the first pilots to have trained to fly the J-15.
