Chinese hackers stole data from Elisra, IAI, Rafael

According to Cyber Engineering Services Inc., Chinese hackers broke into the computer networks of Elisra, Israel Aerospace Industries, and Rafael between Oct. 10, 2011 and Aug. 13, 2012.

USAF issues RFI for staring IRST
