Public photos of the X-37B operating in space has finally been obtained. A Dutch satellite tracker took the images on Jun. 30 and Jul. 2.

USAF wants to buy more XQ-58As
Dr. Will Roper, the Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Air Force for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics, told reporters at the Paris airshow that he hopes to buy more of Kratos Defense’s XQ-58A Valkyrie drone.

USAF learning how to ‘grow’ runways
In a future near-peer conflict, the U.S. Air Force might have to disperse its aircraft to austere locations to escape enemy attacks. However, the challenge will be to create runways rapidly at these locations. One solution proposed by a team called “Project Medusa” is to use biomanufacturing to build runways.
