3D printed UAV from Johns Hopkins University can remain submerge underwater for 2 months

An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) developed by researchers from Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory has proven that it can remain submerge in saltwater for two months and then launched into the air to carry out its mission.

LM claims to be producing “a controllable, aerodynamic configuration” capable of Mach 6

Lockheed Martin’s CEO was quoted as saying at the company’s media day that the aerospace giant is “now producing a controllable, low-drag, aerodynamic configuration capable of stable operations from takeoff to subsonic, transonic, supersonic and hypersonic, to Mach 6.”
