Russia’s state broadcaster says RS-28 ICBM can destroy area the size of Texas
Zvezda, a TV network run by the Russian Ministry of Defense, reported that the new RS-28 intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) is capable of destroying an area the size of Texas or France.

North Korea tested two Musudans and both failed
The Pentagon says North Korea tested two Musudan road-mobile ICBMs near the city of Wonsan on Apr. 28 and both failed. The first test occurred at about 6:40 a.m. local time and the second test was conducted 12 hours later at 7:26 p.m.
