VMU-3 participated in Battle of Marawi?

Two U.S. Marines Corp unmanned aerial system (UAS) operators assigned to VMU-3 recently received the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with Remote Impact (“R”) Device for providing support during combat operations overseas.

BAE Systems given contract to modify Mk 38 Mod 2 with C-UAS capability

The U.S. Navy has given BAE Systems a sole source contract to add a counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS) capability to the Mk 38 Mod 2 Machine Gun System (MGS).
