Turkey to source new engine for indigenous UAV after Chinese firm bought over supplier

Turkey has to find a new engine to power its Anka UAV after Thielert was bought out by AIVC and will stop producing military engines.

RQ-4’s flying cost dropped more than 50%

Photo: Unknown UAV flew near Senkaku islands

An unknown UAV flew near the contested Senkaku islands today, the JSDF reported. Judging from the photo released, it appears to be a Chinese BZK-005 UAV.
