Global Hawk Block 30 to fly at least till September 2013

The U.S. Air Force will continue to fly the Global Hawk Block 30 at least till September 2013 until it sorts out the fate of the drone with Congress.

Boeing: UAV market will shrink after U.S. pulls out of Afghanistan

Boeing Military Aircraft President Christopher Chadwick his company’s analysts expect the UAV market to shrink by 20 percent in 2014 when U.S. troops complete their scheduled withdrawal from Afghanistan.

MQ-4C to be deployed to Guam

Guam will be home to the MQ-4C Broad Area Maritime Surveillance drone starting from 2017, the U.S. Navy said.
