An Iranian aeronautical engineer said a new UAV has been produced. The Shaparak can operate with a radius of 50 kilometers and fly up to 15,000 feet while airborne for 3.5 hours.

Izvestia daily reported on Thursday that Irkut will build a UAV for Vietnam to evaluate. While the evaluation if for civilian applications, Irkut’s official conceded that the UAV can be used for military purposes.
