Taiwan says it has approached U.S. to buy new fighters. The air force was responding to local media reports that the island had submitted a request to buy 66 F-16 Block 70/72.

It takes RAF 7.5 years to train a fighter pilot

BBC’s File on 4 program has found that the average time for the Royal Air Force to train a fighter pilot under the Military Flying Training System (MFTS) is around seven and a half years.

Kawasaki C-2’s first visit to Fiji

The Kawasaki C-2 cargo plane has made its first visit to Fiji in the south Pacific. The aircraft landed at Nadi airport while on the way home after attending the Avalon airshow in Australia.
