Lockheed Martin and Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd., of Israel, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to market the latter’s Smart, Precise Impact and Cost-Effective (SPICE) missile guidance kits to U.S. and international air forces.

Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council, Oleksandr Turchynov, paid a visit to defense firm Vizar and a press statement of the visit says Ukraine is ready to start production of the Neptune anti-ship missile.
