Iran has overhauled F-14
Iran says it has succeeded in overhauling a Grumman F-14 and return it to service. The country has also overhauled a F-7 and PC-7.

A modified Kawasaki C-2 has made its maiden flight on Feb. 8. The aircraft – 18-1202 – is apparently upgraded for Electronic intelligence (ELINT) duties.
