Nellis AFB repainted F-15 to honor the victims of Las Vegas mass shooting

A F-15 assigned to Nelli Air Force Base was supposed to be repainted to mark the 70th anniversary of the U.S. Air Force, the base decided to come up with a new paint scheme after the Las Vegas mass shooting on Oct. 1 in order to honor the victims.

Watch PLAAF August 1st aerobatic team departing China for Dubai airshow

The People’s Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF) August 1st aerobatic team has left China for the Dubai airshow on Nov. 5. The team will make the 7,000km trip with support from two Il76s. This is the team’s first appearance in the Middle East.

The 62nd Fighter Squadron, assigned to Luke Air Force Base, traveled to Mountain Home Air Force Base in late October to train the second F-35A Basic Course.

Ex-USAF airman opened fired inside church in Texas, 26 killed

A gunman opened fire inside a church in Texas on Nov. 5 and CBS reports that the suspect is a former U.S. Air Force member who was court martialed in May 2014 and dishonorably discharged.

Indonesia has failed to pay KF-X fees

A South Korean lawmaker has exposed that Indonesia’s state-owned PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI) has failed to pay $124.5 million for the participation in the KF-X fighter program.
