Michael Elleman, a former consultant for the Pentagon, believes that the Soviet-era RD-250 liquid-fuel engine is the one being used by North Korea for its Hwasong-12 and 14 ballistic missiles.
The German military has started the withdrawal of troops stationed at Incirlik air base, Turkey. The process started on Jul. 9, German media reported.
