F-35B fires ASRAAM
MBDA announced that the company’s Advanced Short Range Air-to-Air Missile (ASRAAM) has been successfully fired from the Lockheed Martin F-35.

Denmark orders more LITENINGs for its F-16s
Northrop Grumman says Denmark has placed an order for more LITENING advanced targeting pods for its F-16 fleet. Denmark is the first international operator of the LITENING G4 pod and it was first delivered back in 2013.

Russia to fire ‘500’ surface-to-air missiles during drill in Siberia
A large scale air defense exercise is being held in Siberia’s Republic of Buryatia and a press release says around 500 surface-to-air missiles will be fired against 250 targets and two cruise missiles.

Canada issues Letter of Request for 18 Super Hornets
