In response to Pyongyang’s latest missile test on Feb. 12, South Korea is considering whether to test-fire its indigenous cruise missile or unveil a new ballistic missile that’s under development.
The George H.W. Bush Carrier Strike Group (GHWBCSG) commenced strike missions in support of Operation Inherent Resolve (OIR) from the eastern Mediterranean Sea, Feb. 13, the U.S. Navy announced on the same day.

[Updated with video] North Korea has released images of the new Pukguksong-2 medium-range ballistic missile. The missile is based on the KN-11, cold-launched from a canister.
