Pakistan has carried out the first test of its Ababeel ballistic missile on Jan. 24. The military claimed that the Ababeel is multiple independently targetable reentry vehicle (MIRV) capable weapon, therefore able to carrying several nuclear warheads.
Kuwait getting 60 AIM-120C-7s
The Defense Security Cooperation Agency has notified the U.S. Congress on a potential sale of 60 Raytheon AIM-120C-7 air-to-air missiles to Kuwait.

KC-46A will be delivered to USAF in ‘late 2017’
Boeing said on Jan. 23 that it can only deliver the first KC-46A aerial tanker to the U.S. Air Force in ‘late 2017.’ The aerospace giant had previously postpone the delivery date from March to August.
