FAA says A-10 low-level flight over Charlotte was “careless and reckless”
The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration has published a preliminary report on the low-level flight carried out by A-10s over Charlotte, North Carolina on Aug. 29. The agency said the operation was “careless and reckless.”
