USS Wasp to relieve USS Bonhomme Richard in Japan
USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6) will relocate to San Diego in the fall of 2017 and USS Wasp (LHD 1) will replace it as the forward-deployed amphibious assault ship in Japan.
