Beale AFB resume U-2 flight operations

Beale Air Force Base, California resume U-2 flights on Sept. 23. Two U-2s were launched at 9:01 a.m. to signify the unity of the 9th Reconnaissance Wing and the 1st Reconnaissance Squadrons, which the late Lt. Col. Steve “Shooter” Eadie was assigned to.

U.S. Marines with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 121 (VMFA-121), 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, conduct the first ever hot load on the F-35B Lightning II in support of Weapons and Tactics Instructor Course (WTI) 1-17 at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz., Sept. 22, 2016.
