USMC bringing 30 Hornets out from boneyard

Delays with the F-35 program has forced the U.S. Marine Corps to bring 30 legacy Hornets out from the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG) facility at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base to cover shortfalls, Jane’s reported.

Lockheed Martin threatens to shift F-35 contracts away from Canadian companies

Montenegrin Gazelle crash injured deputy commander

A Montenegrin Air Force AƩrospatiale Gazelle helicopter went down on Jun. 10 and the crash injured its pilot, Col. Namik Arifovic, who happens to be the deputy commander of the air force.

Two killed after toxic gas leaks aboard INS Vikramaditya

An Indian Navy sailor and a civilian were both killed after a toxic gas leakage on board Indian Navy aircraft carrier INS Vikramaditya on Jun. 10.

Defective engine behind RoKAF F-16D crash

A South Korean KF-16D crashed on Mar. 30 during an exercise and it has now been determined that a defective component on the engine was the cause.
