Rafale production line shifts focus back to French Air Force

After a four year interruption, the French Air Force is set to receive new additions to its fleet in the form of Dassault Aviation’s Rafale. On Dec. 29, 2022, the Mérignac plant of Dassault Aviation delivered the first of these aircraft, tail number B359, to the Direction Générale de l’Armement (French defense procurement agency).

Flight test campaign underway for F-35 TR-3 configuration

On Jan. 6, history was made as the first flight of an F-35 in the Technology Refresh 3 (TR-3) configuration was successfully conducted by a developmental test team from the 461st Flight Test Squadron at Edwards Air Force Base in California. This marks a significant achievement for the F-35 program and is a crucial step in ensuring the aircraft remains unrivaled across the globe.

Fort Sill to host training for Ukrainian troops on Patriot system

It’s been confirmed that the U.S. is planning to train Ukrainian troops on the Patriot missile defense system at Fort Sill, Oklahoma starting as soon as next week.
