Eight Piaggio P.1HH UAVs sold to UAE

Piaggio has sold eight of its P.1HH Hammerhead unmanned aerial vehicles to the United Arab Emirates Armed Force. The contract has been signed with Abu Dhabi Autonomous Systems Investments (ADASI).

Boeing to weaponize the AHRLAC

South Africa’s Paramount Group has reached an agreement with Boeing to jointly weaponize and integrate Boeing mission systems and ISR payloads on the former’s Advanced, High Performance, Reconnaissance, Light Aircraft (AHRLAC).

F-16 launched micro-UAV from flare dispenser

The Pentagon’s Strategic Capabilities Office opened its doors to Washington Post and they played a video showing how the F-16 and F/A-18 were able to deploy micro-UAVs from their flare dispensers.

F-35As from Eglin employs GBU-12s for the first time

Two F-35As from the 58th Fighter Squadron dropped two GBU-12s at Shelby Range Complex, Florida on Mar. 3. This is the first time the F-35As assigned to Eglin Air Force Base have employed their weapons.

Bye bye ‘Bitchin’ Betty’
