Bid to stop sale of F-16s to Pakistan in U.S. Senate fails

An attempt by U.S. Senator Rand Paul to block the sale of 6 F-16Ds and 2 F-16Cs to Pakistan has failed. Senators voted 71-24 to approve the sale.

Obama administration clears the sale of 36 AIM-120C-7s to Indonesia

The U.S. State Department has cleared a potential Foreign Military Sale to Indonesia for 36 AIM-120C-7 missiles. The estimated cost is $95 million.
