Russian Su-27 buzzed RC-135U over Black Sea

A U.S. Air Force RC-135U was intercepted by a Russian Su-27 over Black Sea on Jan. 25. During the course of interception, the Su-27 made an aggressive turn that “disturbed the controllability” of the RC-135.

A Egyptian Air Force F-16D crashed while landing at Fayed airbase on Jan. 28. Both crew members were killed in the accident.

ATD-X unveiled to press

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries unveiled its ATD-X stealth demonstration to the press at its plant in Komaki today. The dimensions of the aircraft are 14.2m long, 9.1m wide and a height of 4.5m. The aircraft has been designated as X-2.

French ambassador expects Rafale negotiations with India to drag up to 4 more months

French Ambassador Francois Richier was interviewed by India Today TV on Jan. 27, he told the audience that he expects the negotiations for 36 Rafale fighters to be concluded within four months.
