Six B-52Hs now able to drop JDAMs from internal weapons bay

Boeing has delivered six upgraded internal weapons bay launchers to the U.S. Air Force for installation on its B-52H fleet. The new enhancements allows the bomber to launch eight Joint Direct Attack Munitions (JDAM) at one time from the internal bay.

NATO Support and Procurement Agency orders RBS 70 BOLIDE missiles

The NATO Support and Procurement Agency has placed an order with Saab for the RBS 70 BOLIDE surface-to-air missiles. The contract is worth approximately $12.4 million.

Russia’s air defense posture threatens NATO’s access to air space in parts of Europe

In an interview with New York Times, Gen. Frank Gorenc, warned that Russia’s buildup of its air defense systems is increasingly threatening NATO’s access to certain air space in parts of Europe during a conflict.
