Last two RQ-1s for Italian Air Force delivered

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems has delivered the final two RQ-1 unmanned aerial vehicles to the Italian Air Force. The delivery also marked an end to the Predator A production line.

Russia has completed the free transfer of S-300s to Kazakhstan

Russia’s Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said on Dec. 23 that the free transfer of S-300 air defense systems to Kazakhstan has been completed.

Germany has withdrawn its Patriot battery from Turkey

Germany has completed the withdrawal of its Patriot missile battery from Turkey with the last components loaded on ro-ro cargo ship Britannia Seaways on Dec. 22.

Egypt, France failed to reach agreement on military satellites

French newspaper La Tribune reported on Dec. 23 that Paris and Cairo had failed to reach an agreement over the sale of two military satellites.

Amnesty: Russian bombing of Syria may be a war crime
