Russia completed its deployment of 2 S-400 regiments to Arctic
TASS news agency reported that two S-400 air defense regiments have been fully deployed at Novaya Zemlya Archipelago and the city of Tiksi in Yakutia. Both locations are in Russia’s Arctic region.
