Britain to buy 138 F-35Bs
Britain has committed itself to buying 138 F-35Bs and 24 of these will be operating from the two new Royal Navy aircraft carriers by 2023.

Carrier Charles de Gaulle ready to launch air strikes from today
French Defense Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian told Europe 1 radio that aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle will be “operational” starting from today and air strikes into Syria will begin soon.

Lebanon rejects Russian Navy’s request to close airspace for exercise
Russian Navy warships in the Mediterranean wanted to conduct an exercise and Moscow sent a request to Lebanon to have part of its airspace closed for the war games. Lebanon turned down the request.
