Pilots were disorientated in fatal Louisiana Army National Guard UH-60 crash

Pilots flying a Louisiana Army National Guard UH-60 became disoriented in fog and crashed the helicopter into waters off the Florida Panhandle on Mar. 10, investigations have shown.
