Swedish Gripens intercept Russia Tu-22M3s
Swedish Gripen fighters were scrambled to intercept a pair of Russian Tu-22M3 bombers flying close to the southern Swedish island of Öland on May 21.

Atyrau Airport to be re-named for Kazakhstan’s only WW2 woman combat navigator
Atyrau International Airport will be re-named for Hiuaz Dospanova, the only woman navigator from Kazakhstan who flew with the Night Witches during World War Two.

Photos of surface-launched Sky Sword II missile
The first images of the surface-launched version of the Sky Sword II radar guided air-to-air missile has been released by Chung-Shan Institute of Science & Technology.
