A 61-year-old man flew a gyrocopter and landed on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol. North American Aerospace Defense Command said its radars failed to detect the aircraft.

BAE Systems settles with U.S. government over refurbishment of a Philippines Air Force C-130
