USAF says main priority is to upgrade B-2’s Defensive Management System

William LaPlante, assistant secretary of the U.S. Air Force for acquisition, told the House Armed Services projection forces subcommittee that modernizing the B-2’s Defensive Management System (DMS) is a top priority.
