PLAAF Il78MP delivered to Dangyang air base

The first of three Ilyushin Il-78MP for the PLAAF has apparently been delivered to the 13th Transport Division at Dangyang air base. This satellite photo of the base was uploaded to Google Earth on 12 Oct.
